Update - my project was finally fully installed and I can now just enjoy my shades and curtains, especially the company gave me a meaningful reimbursement to compensate for the mistakes / delays....

This is 100% true. Buyer be aware... PLEASE think twice before using this company! We decided to go with 3-day blinds because they seemed to have great reviews and a good product. They came out...

Horrendous. Spent thousands of dollars on blinds that took months to produce, only for them to be installed tattered, broken, dirty, and deformed. Avoid at all costs.
