I generally go for the yoga class with Emily she's great she keeps you centered and doses many poses it's a very zen atmosphere

Melanie the cleaner makes this gym worth visiting. Her cleaning the woman's locker room makes it feel Like a hotel bathroom. Appreciate her and her hard work! Love the classes the sauna here.
