Great company to work for. They appreciate their staff and show it on the holidays. Sometimes getting a reply from other staff is a little slow .

Caregiver didn't show up and family wasn't notified for nearly eight hours. Hard to believe they don't have a protocol for verifying arrival of caregivers.
