About 1030-1042 Polk 1030-1042 Polk was constructed in the immediate aftermath of San Francisco’s famous 1906 earthquake by prominent architect Thomas Paterson Ross – a man responsible for over 150 buildings across the Bay Area, including the Alcatraz Theatre and the Squire House.
