It's a beautiful, well-kept park. We love to hike here. Even though it's close to Conway, it feels like it's remote - so quiet and peaceful.
I have hiked/ walked WH for 45 years they have really messed up the trail. They made it real wide, used to be a nice path in the woods now it's a narrow road that even a wheelchair can go down....
It is a great place for family and children. The activities are numerous. Swimming, picnics, play in the kids park,volleyball, camping, trails, paddle boat and so much more.
