HistorySims Strategic Mentoring, A non-profit corporation, was founded in 2017 in North Little Rock, Arkansas by Youth Advocate Mentor and Ordained Youth Pastor Walter L. Sims Jr. and Deloris Greer, Former President of the (YWCC) Young Women Christian Council 2nd Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ/ first lady of Miracle Chapel Church. Sims and Greer agreed on mutual beliefs that many youth in our community lacked self-respect, social emotional skills and guidance through oppositional phases with career perspectives. Sims and Greer talked with parents of the community about allowing their children to participate in and experience a neighborhood activity where their children would do a door to door survey questioning neighbors on improving developments. Youth would then ask neighbors to rate their initial approach, punctuality, and assertiveness. The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization committed to supporting Freemasonry, the country, and the world, with its roots tracing back to the aftermath of World War I. Founded by Grand Masters in 1918, its mission focuses on providing essential services to Grand Lodges, enabling them to assist military servicemen and respond to various needs within the community. MSA has established itself as a credible and trusted entity, spearheading initiatives such as disaster relief and a Hospital Visitation Program, which includes approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and numerous volunteers at VA Medical Centers.
