Established in 1996, ELDirect In-Home Senior Care offers a range of assisted and independent living options for seniors. It offers 24-hour in-home care services, including guidance with daily living skills, incidental errands, companionship activities, shopping, meal preparation and medication reminders. It provides housekeeping assistance with vacuuming, dusting, laundry, changing linens, dish washing, kitchen organizing and bill paying. It also assists with various recreational activities. Its respite services include guidance with dressing and grooming, and safety monitoring with bathing. In addition, it specializes in services for patients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. ELDirect In-Home Senior Care maintains its facility in Fayetteville, Ark.

Circle of Life Hospice provides end-of-life care and bereavement support to the communities of Carroll, Madison, Benton and Washington counties. Located in Bentonville, Ark., the center cares for patients in their own homes, at nursing and assisted living facilities as well as free-standing inpatient hospice homes. It also provides pain and symptom management as well as emotional and spiritual supports.
