I'm not a big fan of US Bank in general, but this branch is terrible. I mailed a letter a month ago to have accounts closed. They're still open and now charging fees. I keep trying to call the...

My husband & I went in to open an account today. Talk about an unfriendly bunch! There we two tellers in the entire branch. Ginger was especially surly. Won't be banking here!
