I have been going to Ulta for almost a year. Chris has been very good and he had cut and colored my hair correctly. Unfortunately Chris started his own cosmetic business and so he no longer works...

Brought my Fiancé here to get her hair dyed and it took 4 hours for a simple all over color all for it to not even turn out the original color she wanted. Costed me $100 and missed a movie showtime!

this store and the people working there are nothing but gossip box people who make fun of handicapped people, managers are not professional.
