No hot water for a week straight. Stupid excuses keep being made for the cheap ass owner. Turn on the fuxking hot water. This is not a cheap hotel for it to be this way

The company put us in this hotel it's shitty no hot water since we been there. Would not want my kids to shower in cold water nope. Breakfast is great tho and the free coffee

Nicest hotel in Crossett so far. New, clean, modern. Will def look for a Tru Tru hotel when traveling. The price point was a bit high for a country town, but you pay for what you get. Very clean....

This place is AMAZING! 10/10 on everything. Clean room, comfy bed, updated decor, 24/7 coffee, hot breakfast. I highly recommend and we will be staying again when we are back in town.
