The rooftop is on the sixth floor of The Waters hotel. From the street it looks awesome. While wouldn't say it's "bad", it's not exactly what I thought it would be. The hotel itself is not cheap...

Potential vibe if they had better music and maybe some backyard games that would invite younger crowd and stayed open later along with kitchen being open later.
