I almost always get my food correctly. Love Taco Bell and so does my family. Workers are friendly. If they do mess up, they fix it with no complaints. Most of them know who I am when I pull up.

I honestly haven't gotten a mobile order that was correct since COVID started. I will probably be back, but my family and I will never use their drive through again.

At this Taco Bell they got my order wrong and I ordered cinnamon twists and they barely had any cinnamon on them

Our drive thru man was just very very rude. He had no manners and clearly did not want to be there! Someone should have a talk with him about how to handle customers. Bc how he handled it was not...

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then tried to call in order was told to place it at the window. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I just left and took business elsewhere!
