Im not sure why this hotel is receiving such bad reviews, so i figured I'd share my experience to ease the skepticism that other guests might feel, which hopefully will encourage you stay here....

A continental breakfast buffet and rooms with free Wi-Fi are provided at this Monticello Arkansas motel. It is 5 miles from boating bass fishing and picnics at Lake Monticello. A seating area with a flat-screen TV and sofa is offered in guest rooms at Super 8 Monticello. A microwave coffee-making facilities and refrigerator are also provided. Guests can enjoy the outdoors with a seasonal swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Shaded picnic tables are also available. A guest launderette fax and photocopy services are provided by Monticello Super 8. University of Arkansas at Monticello is less than 2 miles from the hotel. Turner Neal Museum of Natural History is within 5 minutes’ drive.

Friendly staff but the property is in terrible condition. Rusty bathroom and bedroom fixtures, the room stinks, and I kept having to get my key reprogrammed because it would randomly stop working....
