Horrible customer service. There is no office in Pocahontas. Changed to Brightspeed better price. Took over 1 hour to close account. They hung up on me twice.

They are the worst internet around. Waited over 2 weeks for a tech. Then came hooked up but didn't put modem to plug up Ethernet so no internet again. Call and call post to get credit for 2 weeks...

Total incompetence. Was told to bring my faulty modem in to be exchanged. They gave me the wrong model as a replacement. An hour and a half round trip waste of time. Still no internet service....

Suddenlink likes to stick you with fat internet charges for going over "bandwidth" but their counter doesn't work so you get charged for going over every month. Last few months it has just been me...
