While often busy, this has been a great place and experience for me for several years. Their app makes wait times manageable, and the entire process has usually always been professional and efficient.

This place is a joke. I've been sitting in the lobby 45 minutes. 5 girls are here. 2 cutting hair. All they are talking about is when they each get off work. This is pathetic.

Walk in and sign up for next available stylist. One stylist goes to the back for lunch, no biggie there are three others. Next two finish their customers, check them out. They chat for a few...
