Simmons eye care staff is amazing but their contract with the lab that actually makes the eye glasses is completely incompetent, not only did that send the frames from the store to the lab to make...

I have the choice of two other locations but this is always my first choice! Everyone is is so helpful and friendly. You might say that is their job but everyone has a bad day once in a while....
