Nice update but it looks like Burlington / Tj Max ...... nice to see that I don't have to walk to the back of the store to customer service, it's actually in the front & the ladies can't pretend...

Of course I will continue to shop at Kohl's! I just don't want to see the service go in a downward spiral. Only takes one negative employee to start a chain reaction.

Kohl's is the store that has really shone in these tough economic times. They really pass on the savings to the customers and their sales have good quality merchandise at very affordable prices....

This location is usually clean (except the fitting rooms do need to be swept more often), well stocked, friendly employees, especially Tevin. He totally rocks- in personality and in his trademark...

I am a huge Kohl's fan! I recently moved to Sherwood from Kansas City and I must say that the Sherwood Kohl's has top notch customer service. Everyone is friendly and eager to help.
