Very rude owner/manager at Self Creek Marina. Definitely needs to go to a customer service class and learn how to treat and talk to PAYING customers, after all that is what keeps this business...

Do not rent pontoon boats from this business... The boat we rented would only go about 12 mph with passengers and the motor sounded as if it was about to self destruct... Kids wanted to tube...

Horrible owners and management. We rented a boat only to be ran off the water by a storm. We called the front desk to let them know we were headed back to camp after an hour of use. They said no...
