Counseling Associates offers management and communication skills development services. It provides alcohol and drug counseling solutions. The organization offers stress and critical incident management services. Counseling Associates also provides 24-hour emergency care solutions. HistorySparrow's Promise opened as Searcy Children's Homes in 1974. We opened as a residential home for children in foster care. Since that time, the focus has changed to placing children in foster homes.
