History
Rockin' Baker opened its door on November 11, 2016 with a focus on artisan baking. Since March 2017 lunch has been added featuring the various breads produced in a variety of sandwiches and salads. In collaboration with NWACC's Brightwater A Center for the Study of Food, a students in her last semester started her internship at our shop.

Fabulous sandwiches with delicious buns and bread. Only open on Fridays and Saturdays - if you haven't been there yet, it's an absolute must!
