99% regected trade-in values. Store was'nt that busy - was continually stalled at counter for help and resolution of negotiation. Felt that the in-house store experiance doesnt reflect expectation...

Prices. everything is overpriced by at least 5 dollars just cause they have a lot of selection. Non negotiable too lol imagine not being able to negotiate on a 20 year old game.
