How hard is it to read the online order? It's spelled out in all capitals on the ticket. You can't (or shouldn't) miss food items. Chicken strips? Check. Fries? Check. 2 Mardi Gras sauces? Check....

This is supposed to be the 12 pc family meal (12pc chicken, 2 LARGE sides and 6 biscuits) FAMILY meal and they gave us 5 biscuits, a half order of STALE fries and mash potatoes filled up only 3/4s...
