Went to Platinum Bbq for lunch/dinner and I was not disappointed at all. Had the 3 meat plate with baked beans n potato salad and there was plenty of meat on the plate and the flavor was amazing....

First off, don't put barbecue sauce on good barbecue it's not needed. If the barbecue is cooked well and smoked well it doesn't need sauce. I ordered pork ribs sliced brisket and sausage no sides....
