Great place to workout. Very clean facility and the equipment is in great shape. If you are looking for a low cost alternative to other gyms, this is the place!

Wow what a nice gym lots of room is what I like you don't feel cramped like other gyms. All new machines which are very nice. I'm just happy it's so close to where I live and that there open 24hrs...
