Have used Pitstop for ten years. Twice they made mistakes. Both times they made it good and the next service was free. One of the times they even refunded our money and made our next service free....

Might just be me, but it took one hour and $25 to get a flat fixed with no other customers. If there is a problem with my tire let me know instead of leaving me sitting while all the employees...
