It took four hours to do a simple bath and haircut! WTF??? I've never been angrier in my life, plus when I did get pups back, I was overcharged and the groomer failed to trim fur from in-between...

We have been taking our fur babies to Kaley S for over a year. She is great with the dogs and does a wonderful job.
