Went to one in Little Rock. First time we've been there. It's just not like the Panera restaurants that we've been to in other cities. A lot of employees and not the best service.

This Panera bread is absolutely terrible. I waited a literal 33 minutes in the drive through. 25 of those minutes were at the window AFTER I paid. It wasn't even busy! I got an avocado toast...

An utter disaster in terms of service. Don't come here through the drive through or you'd be waiting for half hour to get your sandwich Plus today they didn't even have coffee and only had tea....
