It provides a rapid and accurate diagnosis for liver disease, fibrosis, and fatty change.Anesthesia for the endoscopy clinic is provided by Chris Theodore and Heath Harris, 2 board certified CRNAs. Propofol is the main anesthetic agent used. Pathology is provided by GI Pathology which is a nationally recognized gastroenterology pathology group out of Memphis, TN that specializes in GI cases with board certified specialty pathologists in that field. Pathology results are usually supplied within a few business days of the procedure.They also offer endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), capsule endoscopy, colonoscopy, colon cancer screenings, and conventional endoscopy procedures.Quality and safety measures are followed by the largest GI quality improvement consortium in the world, GIQuiC. They have markedly raised the bar on efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability in benchmarking.
