We opened in the spring of 2017 as a shaved ice mobile food trailer and evolved over time to serve coffee by January of 2018. We are now serving shaved ice and gourmet coffee all day.
Specialties
We are the first & only place to find gourmet coffee in Greenbrier. We have a full menu of specialty coffees with more to come. We are unique in that we offer shaved ice, gourmet coffee & fresh pastries to serve a wide range of customers in one stop. We have several options of toppings and flavors for both coffee & shaved ice.

Found an amazing little coffee shop right in the heart of Greenbrier. Not only do they make tasty delicious coffee drinks but they are priced lower than others. Their baked goods are spot on....
