The manager with the tatted neck and glasses was very helpful. She was the only people at the facility knows customer service. The guy with the tatted arms needs to be reassigned to fry station...

Staff friendly, but had at least 10 on staff, every table was dirty, only a few customers at any tables. Rest room was nasty...no seat covers for toilets,hand fryers not functioning properly....

We arrived at approximately 9:45 waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told we can't take any more orders right now. Complete waste of time. And the staff is incredibly rude.
