Mr. Malm is only in business for himself. He does not care what his clients gain or lose. He basically told me untruths to my face to get his initial fees paid. I wish I had researched further...

Malm doesn't even deserve one star. He is non-responsive to clients, , as he rarely answered his phone or responded to a message left with his answering service.
