History

Founded in 2016 by Geof Carmack and Alex McIntosh, MAI, MAC Valuation Group utilizes some of the top industry-recognized database and analytical software and services to actively stay on top of new technology in the real estate valuation field. We have provided appraisal services since 1997 across a diverse mix of complex and non-complex commercial, agricultural and residential property types. In the past 10 years, the principals of MAC Valuation Group have performed, in excess, of 1,000 advisory and appraisal assignments and valuations. The company principals hold membership in the Arkansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
