A perfect base camp for fun in Hot Springs. The bathroom facility was nicer and cleaner than most upscale hotels I've stayed in! I'll be back next time I visit hot springs.

If you're black do NOT come here. They will find any thing to complain and harass you about. Hot Springs, Arkansas in general should be avoided. First, they complained that my kids were outside...

Very quiet park. Well maintained the lots are level & easy to back into. The bath house is spotless! VERY nice. Laundry room is very clean & nice. They have a tv room which is nice. Very Cool...
