Always clean, equipment, if down, it won't be for long. There is a large variety of free and machine weights and some serious surprises on what a 10Fitness would have. By far my favorite gym.

Good gym has a balance of machines, free weights, and cardio. If I'm ever back in Little Rock I will use this gym.
