History

Established in 1998 by Dr. Jerry Grant to provide convenient medical care to families, individuals of all ages. Dr Jerry Grant is a Medical Doctor specialized in the field of Family Medicine. He provides care to all ages: babies- grandparents. He received his Medical Degree in 1993 at the University of Oklahoma. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at AHEC in El Dorado. Gianna M Grant, DNP, APRN is Doctor of Nursing Practice who is also specialized in the field of Family Medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Gianna earned her Nursing Degree (RN) at Southern Arkansas University. Her Bachelors, Masters, & Doctoral degrees were all earned at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).
