The staff here are very friendly. Wife bought me a nice Titanium wedding band here made by Cobalt. I like the Maltese crosses on it and she got a good deal on it.

As the other review states, this is a very small Penneys store compared to most others. Selections are thin as well.

The JcPenny store here in Hot Springs is located in the Hot Springs mall. Its been here for many years. It's small but still has plenty to choose from!
