Since 1979, Hiland Dairy has been a joint venture of Prairie Farms Dairy and Dairy Farmers of America. Hiland Dairy produces yogurt, cottage cheese, half and half, milk, orange juice, sour cream and dips, whipping cream, butter, cheese and ice cream. Hiland processes 1.2 billion-plus pounds of fluid milk each year.
