Please DO NOT rent at Highland Pointe of Maumelle. You will deal with getting notice because "more than one" resident complained that my dog is outside not on a leash. My dog is a 14 yr old...

I enjoyed these apartments for 2 years; the new management is extremely difficult to deal with because of constant miscommunication.

The management here is awful. I have had deposits that simply "disappeared" and had to be paid a second time. They are constantly charging mysterious fees to my bill and the office staff are rude...

Great apartments! we looked at several new apartment complex's before choosing here, we found with the newer builds the walls were very thin (we could hear doors shutting and tvs on)when we did...
