Based in Fayetteville, Ark., the company is a manufacturer of concrete breaking cutting and sawing products. The firm provides a wide variety of consulting services for several municipal and private improvement projects. McClelland Consulting Engineers Inc. has completed a number of projects, such as airports and aviation, water supply and treatment, land development, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture and many more. It offers an array of services that include water supply, recreational, environmental services, surveys, transportation services and many more.

Since 2003, Bates and Associates, Inc. has offered a wealth of experience in civil engineering, land surveying, construction services and land planning throughout Arkansas. Bates and Associates, Inc. was formed to meet the increasing demand for civil engineering and land surveying services in the region. Our goal is to be the finest provider of site-design/civil engineering and land surveying services available. Bates and Associates, Inc. offers a wide range of services which include design, permitting and construction management of all phases of residential, commercial and municipal land development. In 2008, we expanded our services throughout the state of Oklahoma and will soon be able to provide services in Missouri and Kansas. Bates and Associates, Inc. was established by Geoff Bates, P.E. and Derrick Thomas, P.L.S. Civil engineering and land surveying go hand in hand so Bates and Thomas wanted to combine and offer both of their services to the community. They wanted to be able to provide the complete package when it comes to any land development service.
