We came to town for an event and reserved a room here online. When we arrived we found out they were in the end stages of a remodel which caused the room we reserved to not be available....

I wanted to check in at around 2pm and they didn't have any rooms available which didn't make sense since check out is at 11am. Came back at 3pm, which is their check in time, and still a room...
