Not happy with son's haircut. Told her she was cutting it too short on top and she acted rude and offended. She wasn't even concerned that my son was almost in tears.

I didn't like my grandson's cut I had to explain over and over the cut we usually get and in the end wasn't what we wanted and took forever Was a man that did the cut on Sunday around 3:30 1/31/21
