It's just unreliable and seems pretty expensive compared to peers. Once they installed the service, they never came back to bury the cable, despite multiple calls.

Too many darn outages and not enough bill credits... literally just had an outage about two weeks ago and now yet another-When you call it says they are aware of the problem however does not give...

Abhorrent service and rude agents... Set up service. In 4 days, internet crashed over 25 times.. Called to complain and was told a tech would be out in 3 days.Interner continued crashing over...
