I've always washed/dried and styled my own hair. 6 months ago I had a nasty fall and injured my neck and shoulder. For months I've been working through the pain to continue styling my own hair....

Poor customer service. The worst I've ever experienced. Also unimportant but worth noting since they offer it - the coffee is horrible.

If you get a membership and terminate, you only have 90 days to use. No flexibility- i lost 6 blowouts because i couldn't use in that time frame- borderline illegal policy
