Updating the review - two years later and I still find Dewey's a top place for getting coffee in Fort Smith. Another review mentions management - that has now changed, with lots of friendly faces...

Nice quiet place, very cozy looking. Waitress was super nice and drinks are pretty good. And nice place to stop if your around the area, will def go back.

It is cool that the main branch of the public library has it's own coffee shop. But the staff is very rude. Plenty of parking. Ok coffee. But even the management is rude. It's a customer service...
