Northcentral Arkansas Development Council (NADC) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to addressing poverty and strengthening communities in Northcentral Arkansas. Since its establishment in 1968, NADC has been actively involved in various programs and initiatives, including the federal Head Start Program, which they started in 1965, as well as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
