Central Moloney, Inc

Central Moloney, headquartered in Pine Bluff, Ark., is a manufacturer of single-phase transformers and electrical distribution components. Some of the products offered include primary and secondary bushings, primary switches, dual voltage switches, wildlife guards, tap changers, current limiting fuse holders, drip shields and breathers. It offers a range of manufacturing techniques, including casting, transfer molding, pressure regulation and thermoplastic injection molding. The company was founded in 1965, as the result of a merger between Central Transformer Corporation and Moloney Electric in 1965. In 1996, Central Moloney began an association with Cam Tran Company that led to the development of a joint venture facility, Central Moloney/Cam Tran Pacific. This operation headquartered in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, presently manufactures single-phase overhead distribution transformers and refurbishes single-phase overhead and pad mounted distribution transformers and three-phase pad mounted distribution transformers.
