Wilson Water Treatment Plant and the Ozark Point Water Treatment Plant. Its distribution is responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of meters, mains, fire hydrants and valves. The utility offers 24-hour on-call emergency services for police and fire departments. It additionally provides design, construction management, water inspection, laboratory testing, sampling and replacement scheduling services. The utility offers online billing and payment services. Central Arkansas Water has received the Public Water Supply Environmental Excellence award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
