Founded in 1937, Carroll Electric Cooperative is a member-owned and democratically governed power provider that serves customers throughout northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri. The company also provides heating and cooling products from various manufacturers, including American Standard, Climate Master and Florida Heat Pump. Carroll Electric Cooperative works in partnership with Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, which is a wholesale power supplier. The company offers automatic bank drafts for bill payments, as well as offers products that protect appliances and electronics from damage due to lightning and power surges. It offers two community rooms for various events, such as family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, free educational seminars and blood drives.
