BBQ Hut

History

The Bar-B-Q Hut has been around since the early 1950's. Generations of customers who came to the restaurant then still come to the restaurant today. Although it has changed owners a few times over the years, it is still a well-known establishment in the city of Pine Bluff, AR. Current owners, Aaron and Berinda Eugene, love the quaint, intimate, friendly atmosphere, and are continuing the tradition of serving good barbecue. They have kept some of the favorite dishes on the menu; like the Bar-B-Q Salad. In recent years, a hot bar of homemade southern style food was added. The bar today includes as many as 18 items and changes each day. They source their food from local growers and meat suppliers, and sometimes get vegetables from their community garden that they plant and harvest themselves. With over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, Aaron combined his love for food and cooking with Berinda's love for people, great customer service and business savvy.
