Siloam Springs, AR 72761
The date is June 6, 1957: Eisenhower is president, Elvis is at the top of the charts, I Love Lucy recently aired its last episode, and Ervie Barnett just opened Barnett’s Dairyette in Siloam Springs, AR. Now, over 60 years later, our goal is to continue the rich history of serving up thick and creamy dairy treats, pure-beef burgers, hand-cut fries, and good ol’ fashioned customer service. We believe that fresh food isn’t fast food. That’s why our patties are never frozen, and everything on our menu is made-to-order. So cruise on down to 111 W. Tulsa St., and treat yourself to the flavors of the ‘50s.

If you want a decent burger and hand cut fries, it is good, but a little pricey. The shakes are good as well.
